Does your organization or event meet one of the following conditions for flag flying?

An organization or event whose mandates, programs or activities are directly related to the Municipality of Chatham-Kent by way of a relevant funding or partnership agreement

An event that corresponds with a relevant day of awareness, celebration, importance, commemoration or promotion, as recognized by the Ontario Provincial Government and/or the Canadian Federal Government, or a Ministry or Department.

A gesture of respect and friendship, on the direction of the Mayor, for a visiting dignitary

Does not fall under any of the above categories

Please note: as per the Chatham-Kent Flag Policy, approved May 27, 2024 by Council, only organizations that meet at least one of the above criteria will be permitted to fly flags at Municipal flag pole locations.
