You can join one of many programs and make friends while taking part in fun activities.

If you want to live on your own, the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) has senior programs to help you:
• Home Adaptations for Seniors' Independence (HASI)
• Emergency Repair Program (ERP)
• Homeowner Residential Rehabilitation Assistance Program — Homeowner RRAP
If you live in a Retirement or Long-Term Care Home, you can contact the Retirement Home Complaints Response and Information Service at 1.800.361.7254 if you need help. The service is free of charge.
