There are many reasons why you can experience mental health problems such as stress, or genetic disorders. Our community has many mental health services and supports to help.
You can call the Regional Mental Health - Chatham-Kent ACT Team or the Chatham-Kent Consumer and Family Network for help.
If your children need help with any mental health issues call Chatham-Kent Children's Services.

Addictions
