Chatham-Kent is centrally located between Windsor, Sarnia and London. It is within a one-hour drive of three major border crossings. Chatham-Kent is also within a three-hour drive of Toronto.

Highway 401, the provincial highway and NAFTA corridor bisects Chatham-Kent. Highway 40 is the north south roadway offering easy access to Highway 402.
