Retail – Commercial

Retail - Commercial is an important industry throughout our community and it has seen significant growth over the last five years. Initially, we will be spending some time reflecting on whether this growth has effectively stopped the loss of spending dollars from Chatham-Kent. We will establish tools for investors that encourage them to start new businesses in our many downtown Business Improvement Areas and suburban shopping areas.
