• Automatic facility restoration
• Virtual Corporate Network Access
• Call Centre activity (in-bound, out-bound and blended)
• High speed fibre access to all industrial/commercial areas
• Fibre optic sonet ring technology
• Links to dual toll centres in Toronto and Windsor
High speed broadband is available in the urban areas throughout Chatham-Kent. A rural broadband initiative completed in January 2009 resulted in ensured broadband access to 98.5% of the Municipality.
