The Council Action Items is a detailed listing of items requiring a follow-up report to Council. 

The spreadsheet (on the right under Downloads) includes the following information:

  • Date of the Council meeting where direction was initiated
  • Issue/Direction of Council
  • Department/Division/Director Responsible
  • Councillor requesting the item
  • Target date for report to return to Council
  • Date of completion – when the report went to Council
  • Comments pertaining to the issues
  • This document will be updated regularly after each Council meeting
