Election Compliance Audit Committee

The Municipal Elections Act, 1996, c.32 Section 81.1(1) provides that a council or local board shall, before October 1st of an election year, establish a committee for the purpose of section 81 (Compliance Audit).

At the June 23, 2014 Council meeting, Chatham-Kent Council approved the appointments for the Compliance Audit Committee for the term of December 1, 2014 to November 30, 2018.
